Service Description

1.5 hr class Addressing Core Strengthening, flexibility and, breathwork The class begins by training the diaphragm using the Oxygen Advantage breathing to coordinate with the pelvic floor, which is essential for prolapse recovery. We will work through core strengthening and flexibility movements and finish with a pelvic floor down training with a special breathing technique which helps you switch of pain receptors and tunes into relaxing the targeted areas causing pain and anxiety. There will be a Q&A to finish the evening. All questions to be submitted into a form provided on sign up.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly advise you seek professional medical help when dealing with incontinence or/and prolapse issues. These classes are designed to help you achieve a better range of motion, and help you with gaining better strength to be able to function better without pain and help reduce your prolapses over time. Consistency is key to any movement intervention. Each week we will do different movements and deep stretching, you would benefit from joining the other classes. Some weeks we may finish in 1 hour, some in 1h30 and there is always time to ask questions at the end of the class. Classes start strictly at 7pm Brussels CET time. You may choose to be off camera but having your camera on will help the instructor help you if she sees you position could be better in the movements. These classes are non refundable. If you can not make the live class the recording will be made available for 14 days
