Restore Your Core®

Restore Your Core is a 12 week program designed by Lauren O'hayon one of the worlds top leading fitness and movement instructors. 

Gaynor Morgan trained with Lauren and is a qualified instructor and has specialised in women's health for over 25 years. 

In addition to being a Restore Your Core instructor, Gaynor is also a certified advanced Pfilates instructor taught by board certified urogynaecologist Dr Bruce Crawford.

Certified Science of Stretching instructor taught by Lucas Rockwood founder of YogaBody International College 

Certified Breathing Instructor specialising in pain management, anxiety and post partum PTSD, Yogabody methods and includes Buteyko Breathing methods taught personally to her by Prof. Patrick McKeown 

She is also a pessary expert and trains doctors and physiotherapists in pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence management using pessaries.

What to expect from the program

Restore Your Core is a 12-week live on zoom exercise program that is designed for any woman with core issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, post-partum issues such as diastasis recti. This step by step program is designed to get you stronger, more supple, more balanced, and more able.

Each week is split into different processes, some will be standing exercises, core strengthening, flow classes. All strategically set out for you to gain the maximum benefit from this program.

Each class will be between 45 minutes and 1 hour with 15 minutes Q&A at the end should you need to ask anything.

You will have your own exclusive members area to log into which is available with zoom playback videos throughout the course and for 1 week after

There are bonus videos of individual movements with modifications should you need to modify any of the movements

YOUR COMMITTMENT! Every week builds upon the week prior. We recommend 3-5 days a week you practise

In this program you will:

  • Learn a new way to pattern your movements. This will allow you to use these patterns throughout your day NOT just during exercise – hello! whole body healing 24hrs a day.

  • Never be alone. I talk you through the videos with cues in every sequence. You will never have to wonder if you are doing the exercise correctly and I will be watching and guiding you.

  • Be challenged and feel like you got a workout while training your body to move correctly in the process. You will change unhelpful postures and habits (no more rounded shoulders, rib thrusting and pelvis tucking).
