What can you expect from this workshop?


This course has been designed to help you find solutions and resources to help reduce symptoms of your rectocele and bloating.
 
I've designed this course based on my own experience over the years of training to reduce from grade 2 rectocele to a zero as well as dealing with stress incontinence and bloating.

The exercises do not include Kegels. We bring the core muscles from deep in the back of the core (which literally goes to your back) to tighten and strengthen through breathing and movement.

You will learn how to contract the pelvic floor through using the diaphragm and abs and not kegels. We will also do stretching and corrective breathing, changing your breath patterns so your intestines become more into a parasympathetic state, helping you to digest and absorb food and nutrients properly, leading to lubrication of the intestinal tract and reducing bloating. 
 
This 7-day workshop is intense but, don't worry there are modifications and choices for you to build up the movements and stretches. These are the tools you will be able to take away with you forever and work on reducing the prolapse. Remember slow and steady wins the race!

If you have any pain in any joints at any time during the exercises, you must stop and scale back. I

There is a presentation given by UK's leading nutritionist Judy Watson about how to manage your bloating and things you may need to consider from here on in regarding certain foods.

 

She's been a certified nutritionist for over 21 years and has won awards for her outstanding expertise in this field.
